Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actress who has become famous for her portrayal in the role of strong, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was born into a theatre family her father was a playwright, Romulus Linney. Her graduation in 1986 was at Brown University. She then studied Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before finishing her studies at Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City, 1990. It was 1990 when she launched with her Broadway career. Her work was highly acclaimed for her roles in Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
