Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) is a former American actress. Elson started the acting profession as a a child actor/model and later as a professional actress, is best known for the role of Alice Tyler as seen on the science-fiction drama show on CBS. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the role in the role of Lynn Tanner on the hit ALF ALF (1986). She worked on many popular TV shows in addition to Movies of the Weekly for numerous years after which she quit the entertainment world to concentrate on her family. ALF was a difficult moment to Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. In her retrospective from 2000, People Elson said developing as a young woman in front of an audience that viewed sitcoms was a challenge. Green-eyed Elson was born in New York City on March 6th 1970. Elson grew up to become a traveling actress due to her father's job as an advertising executive. She had already lived in New York as well as Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles before she turned ten. Andrea won her first performance in San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco explained the decision by saying "ALF has 285 years, therefore he's old enough to drink beer." As ALF became more popular with youngsters, NBC informed Fusco it was not appropriate to have him drinking when the children watch because it's not a good image to model. Fusco still believed ALF to be an adult and could handle the drinking. In 1995, Fusco was diagnosed with lymphoma. The treatment was successful and the disease remained in remission up to the end of the year 2019. The cancer ended his life on the 26th of June, 2019, at 75 years old at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
