Amy Smart, an American model and actress from the United States. Born and brought up in California USA she started her modelling profession in Italy. Her Costly Affair, a 1996 TV film that she played her first part in, was her debut performance. After that, she was a star as a supporting character in the feature film Starship Troopers she struggled very hard. It was at first was difficult for her to switch from modelling to acting. This is because most models aren't good actors. In the majority of cases, they're assigned small and insignificant roles. However, Amy refused to give up and transitioned to larger roles, beginning with the series The 70s and the film Varsity Blues. The 2005 romance comedy Just Friends, which also had Ryan Reynolds, saw her play more prominent roles. Amy was finally recognized for the role she had been chasing since the age of 10. Amy continued to appear in many of the greatest film productions, such as the Crank series starring Jason Statham as well as Shameless, where she played a recognizable character.
