Her net worth is estimated at 400 million. Witherspoon first appeared on screen in 1991 , as a teenager. In 1999, Witherspoon made her breakthrough with the part of a supporting actress in Cruel Intentions. She was also famous for her portrayal of Tracy Flick as Election's black comedy. These include the HBO drama series Big Little Lies (2017-2019), The Apple TV+ drama series The Morning Show (2019-present) as well as the Hulu miniseries Little Fires Everywhere (2020). She was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in Outstanding Limited Series for the first episode. She also wrote and produced the film adaptations of Gone Girl (2014) and Where the Crawdads Sing (2022).Witherspoon also owns a clothing company, Draper James, and she is involved with women's and child advocacy groups.
